XP Services (XPS) is a developmental flight test organization that conducts aircraft modification, certification, and airworthiness qualification testing. The company is comprised of the most experienced and select professionals from US military and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) test organizations. XPS personnel are well versed in the military airworthiness qualification process and experienced in rapid-prototyping with the Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD) and airworthiness testing with Redstone Test Center’s (RTC) Aviation Flight Test Directorate (AFTD). Our testers have conducted flight test with Bell XworX, Boeing-Mesa, Boeing-Philadelphia, and Sikorsky. XPS' recent experience with military programs includes developmental flight test of the AH-64D Block 3, the UH-72A , and Apache-UAS interoperability teaming systems including VUIT-2 and MUMT-2. XPS principals have extensive tactical and combat flight experience in Vietnam, Prime Chance, Desert Storm, Mogadishu, the Balkans, and Iraq (OIF), as well as a depth of special operations experience. The XPS Tullahoma facility provides a DCMA compliant hangar facility. We have machining capability to fabricate aircraft components. We have significant experience with aircraft modification for flight test, including extensive sensor integration.
